The National Revenue Authority has allocated funds for the procurement of Anti-Virus Software and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of same.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from Mondays to Fridays at the Procurement Unit, National Revenue Authority, 4th Floor, at 54 Liverpool Street, Freetown from 9.00am to 4:00pm – on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Leones (Le 500.00). Payment should be by cash into the following National Public Procurement Accounts with details as shown:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11 AM, Thursday, 12th February 2026. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of Twenty -Five Thousand Leones (Le 25,000.00) from a reputable Commercial Bank.
- A valid tax Clearance Certificate;
- A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Manufacturer’s Authorization
- A valid NPPA Registration Certificate
- Must include 15% GST
Initial Contract of One (1) year, with the possibility of renewal for a second year subject to satisfactory performance.
Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday, 12th February 2026 at 11:05 AM in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
