The Defendant, Joseph Marculay of Dodo Chiefdom in the Kenema Judicial District and Santigue Kargbo in Kenema City have been committed to High Court by his Worship, Magistrate George. B. Samai of Magistrate Court No.2 in Kenema for House Breaking and Larceny. Both Defendants were arraigned in Court on Two different files.

According to Emmanuel Cooper the clerk of the court, a Defendant, Joseph Marculay on April 22, 2026, at Dodo Chiefdom, Kenema Judicial District, broke and entered into the dwelling house of Samuel Ishmeal and stole six gross of cigarette box valued at Eight Hundred and Ten New Leones (NLe 810/00), a fiscal sum of Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Ninety New Leones (NLe 2, 390/00) all to the total valued of Three Thousand, Two Hundred New Leones ( NLe 3,200/00) properties of the said, Samuel Ishmeal. No. plea was taken and he was committed to High Court for Trial.

Another Defendant, Santigue Kargbo on April 22, 2026 along Kailondo beach highway, Combema, Nongowa Chiefdom in the Kenema District, broke and entered into the dwelling house of Saffiatu Kaisamba and stole one foam mattress valued at Three Thousand New Leones (NLe 3,000/00), One empty rubber drum valued at Six Hundred New Leones (NLe 600/00), One shop door iron guide valued at Thirteen Thousand New Leones (NLe 13,000/00), fifteen empty Jerry Cans valued at Seven Hundred and Fifty New Leones (NLe 750/00), Twenty seven(27) chiken each valued at One Hundred and Fifty New Leones (NLe 150/00), total to sum of Four Thousand and Fifty New Leones (NLe 4,050) and other assorted items all to the total valued of Twenty One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Seventy New Leones ( NLe 21, 970/00), properties of Saffiatu Kaisamba. No plea was taken and he was Committed to High Court for Trial.

Both matters were prosecuted by PC 13492 Tonya Musa and PC 13536 Moseray Sylvester respectively.
