In a profession long dominated by men, Bah stands tall as a beacon of possibility, when she began her career in 2002, few women dared to enter the media industry, yet, with determination and passion, she carved a path forward defying expectations and amplifying women’s voices in spaces where they were once scarce.
Today, with over two decades of experience, Bah brings depth, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to journalistic integrity in her role at SLBC, her ascent is not only a personal victory but a powerful symbol of progress for women in media, for many young Sierra Leonean women, watching Bah on television was more than just consuming the news it was witnessing a role model in action.
