In a dramatic turn of events, one 22-year-old, Adamsay Vandy on Thursday, July 25, 2024, in Torkpombu 2, Kenema District, allegedly stabbed her husband, Bockarie Foday aka Daddy Bock to death.

The deceased, until his demise, was the driver of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.

The incident occurred around 11pm on Thursday, prompting the Regional Crime Officer (RCO), ASP Mohamed Feika and his team to act immediately as they visited the Scene of Crime at about 7am on Friday, July 26, 2024.

Preliminary investigation revealed that commotion was heard before the said stabbing took place. The deceased was taken to the Government Hospital in Kenema for autopsy whilst the suspect is presently in custody at the Kenema Police Station, and is currently helping the police in their investigation.
