The Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) has allocated funds for the procurement of Security services for SALWACO Head Office and all its operational areas within the Country and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of Security Services.
The Framework contract will be awarded on a yearly basis for the entire 2026 fiscal year.
Bidding is open to all Security farms who can demonstrate technical and financial capability to undertake such a contract. Below are the lots.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:am to 4:pm daily -Mondays to Fridays.
Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two thousand Leones (2,000.00). Payment should be made in cash at the following banks:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday, 23th April, 2026 at 1:pm
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security as indicated above (from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid NPPA Supplier Registration Certficate
- Avalid License from ONS
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
Evidence of similar Services undertaken
Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday, 23th April, 2026 at 1:pm in the presence of the bidders’ or representatives who chooses to attend, at the Sierra Leone Water Company Board Room Tower Hill Freetown.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
