In a bid to strengthen party unity and deepen engagement with grassroots leadership, Honourable Samuel Babadi Kposowa, Sunday, 18 May 2025 the chairman of constituency 116, held a productive meeting with the Zonal Executive of the constituency, during the engagement, Hon. Kposowa reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to both the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) and the people of constituency 116, stressing that his leadership remains focused on delivering results and upholding the party’s values.
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Kposowa underscored the critical importance of unity, discipline, and collaboration within the party structure. He encouraged executive members to remain focused on the shared vision of development and political cohesion, stating:
As your chairman, my ultimate aim is to serve the people of constituency 116 and to further the vision of the SLPP, together, we can drive positive change, foster development, and create meaningful opportunities for our constituents.
He highlighted the need for proactive leadership and community engagement, assuring members that he would continue to be a vocal advocate for the constituency at all levels of governance and within the SLPP, Hon. Kposowa expressed sincere appreciation for the continued support and cooperation of the Zonal Executive, noting that their loyalty and hard work remain vital to
the progress of the constituency. He encouraged them to stay active, united, and committed as the party navigates current and future challenges, the meeting concluded with a strong renewal of purpose, as the Zonal Executive pledged to work closely with Hon. Kposowa in promoting transparency, accountability, and inclusive development across all zones within Constituency 116.
This engagement marks yet another step in Hon. Kposowa’s efforts to consolidate grassroots support, strengthen the SLPP’s political machinery, and ensure that the people of Constituency 116 continue to be represented with diligence and integrity.
