The CEO and Founder of CEDA-SL, Mr. Mohamed E. Jalloh, is a compassionate entrepreneur born in Sierra Leone with a deep love for his people, during the holy month of Ramadan, he was blessed with the opportunity to feed and provide food supplies to those in need across Bo district.
The Community Empowerment and Development Agency (CEDA-SL), which evolved from the Lunia Agriculture and Rural Development Project, is based in the heart of Bo district.
This organization is making significant strides in uplifting marginalized communities and promoting sustainable development. established with a mission to enhance the lives of underprivileged individuals in Sierra Leone, CEDA-SL focuses on impactful initiatives that address essential community needs, including access to clean water, education, and financial independence.
The organization provides small loans to individuals to strengthen their household enterprises and supplies agricultural equipment to farmers.
These initiatives have enabled many to start or expand small businesses, generating income and growth while significantly boosting the local economy, additionally, CEDA supports local schools by providing essential resources, ensuring students receive a quality education.
CEDA is also dedicated to tackling water scarcity in rural areas, through its water well-building projects, the organization has improved the lives of thousands by constructing sustainable wells. Villages that once faced challenges accessing safe drinking water are now experiencing transformative change, thanks to CEDA’s efforts.

this led to the creation of De Wizzard business enterprise, a venture that offers top-quality services to individuals, groups, communities, and businesses in Bo city. De Wizzard provides exceptional venues for events such as weddings, conferences, workshops, meetings, and parties.
