According to a Notice of Service issued by the Judiciary of Sierra Leone, Dr. Samura Kamara, main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) party leader 2018/2023 presidential candidate, is to appear in courton Friday, 17th November, 2023, in the ongoing corruption case between The State vs Saidu NALLO, AdikaliFoday Suma, Foday Vahfomba Bawoh, Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara, Kandeh Foday Basil Kamara & Jules Sanders Davis, presided over by Justice Adrian Fisher J.

Dr. Kamara and his co-defendants are facing corruption charges related to alleged misappropriation of public funds.

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) accused Dr. Samura Kamara of misappropriating funds designated for the renovation of Sierra Leone’s Chancery Building in New York during his tenure as the country’s Foreign Affairs Minister under a previous APC administration.
