The Station Manager of the Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO), Ing. Abdulai Charles Kargbo has engaged a number of institutions in the Mile 91 community with a view to see that the said institutions are re-connected to SALWACO facilities.

For some time now, Mile 91 residents had gone without access to safe drinking water from SALWACO. Most institutions had abandoned SALWACO.

It was on such note that SM Kargbo reached out to the said institutions and to see that SALWACO is able to regain water provision services.

Institutions visited included the Central University, OASIS Gas Station and Entertainment Centre and a number of others. The visited institutions expressed optimism to rejoin SALWACO and in the best interest of quality service delivery.
