Qualification and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration with at least ten years minimum experience, five of which should have been in a management role.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicant must possess the following:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel and the internet
- Knowledge of employment regulations and legislations
- Knowledge of Audit Service, its structure and activities
- Policy drafting
- Strong oral and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
- Able to use initiative and work unsupervised
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be creative and innovative and able to work in a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
Summary of Duties:
The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function and the delivery of strategic objectives.
The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Audit Service Sierra Leone’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
