The Kenema City Council has received funds from Government of Sierra Leone for the Procurement of Goods and Services and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the items listed below on a Frame Work Contract basis.

Bidding is open to all National Contractors, suppliers and Service Providers who can demonstrate Commercial and Financial Capacity to provide Goods and Services and to supply the required items in time.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding docum
ent at the address below between 10:00 AM to 3:00 Pm Mondays to Fridays. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of (Le 300.00) Three hundred Leones.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, 13ThApril, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration Certificate
- A valid tax clearance Certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance Certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- A Valid NPPA Registration Certificate
- A Valid Local Council Registration Certificate
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday, 13ThApril, 2026 at 12 Noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
