PROCUREMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF LOCAL AREA NETWORK, CCTV, AND SOLAR SYSTEM AT THE GBALAMUYA CUSTOMS BORDER POST OFFICE.

The National Revenue Authority has set aside funds for its operations in 2025. Part of these funds is intended to cover eligible payments for the Installation of a Local Area Network, CCTV, and Solar System at the Gbalamuya Customs Border Post Office. The NRA now invites sealed bids (Technical and Financial) from qualified bidders or firms to install a Local Area Network (LAN), CCTV, and a Solar System at the Gbalamuya Customs Border Post Office, with procurement reference number: NRA/ICT/NCB/2025/127.

A partial bid/quotation will be considered non-responsive.
- The National Revenue Authority now invites proposals to provide a service for the installation of a Local Area Network, CCTV, and Solar System at the Gbalamuya Customs Border Post Office. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference and Specifications.
- Sealed Proposal must be clearly marked on the outer envelope “Bid for the Installation of Local Area Network, CCTV, and Solar System at the Gbalamuya Customs Border Post Office”. One Original plus three copies of the Technical and Financial Proposals separately, and must be delivered to the above office on or before 10.00 am on Thursday, 20th November 2025, and must be accompanied by the following documentation:
- A bid security of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Leones) from a reputable commercial bank recognized by the Bank of Sierra Leone.
- A certified true copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate
- A certified true copy of a valid NRA tax clearance certificate
- A certified true copy of a valid NASSIT clearance certificate
- A true copy of a valid Goods and Services Tax (GST) Certificate
- A certified true copy of a valid NPPA Supplier Registration Certificate
- Evidence of similar contracts performed in the past.
- Signed Integrity Pact
- Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLE 500.00 (Five Hundred Leones). Payment should be by cash into NPPA’s Revenue Account, and a pay-in slip must be submitted to the Finance Department and Procurement Unit before issuing a Bid Document. The Accounts are listed below:
