As both a former NaCSA Commissioner and Minister of Water Resources, she has proven time and again that leadership, when paired with vision and empathy, can transform communities.
During her tenure as NaCSA Commissioner, Dr Hannah spearheaded initiatives that empowered vulnerable populations through Cash Transfer Social Safety nets and community – driven development programmes. Her ability to connect with people and address their most pressing needs set her apart as a champion of grassroots empowerment. Whether it was ensuring that marginalized groups had access to sustainable livelihoods or fostering resilience in underserved communities, her efforts left an indelible mark.
As Minister of Water Resources, Dr Hannah’s impact is equally transformative.
