Abu Turay of Hill Station in Freetown pointed out that the telcos seem to be treating customers with levity, adding that the quality of the services provided are nothing to write home about. ‘We pay and subscribe for everything, but before you know it, everything goes back to null.’ This is unbearable, he stated.
According to Rugie Kamara of Jui, in Freetown, the National Telecommunications Authority should ensure regular checks and compliance on the part of the operators. She said that where same was happening, there would have been some improvements in the provision of services.
