There has been a number of young beneficiaries through the PSSNYE Projects in Bo City took part in a comprehensive Entrepreneurship Training session under the Productive Social Safety Nets and Youth Employment (PSSNYE) Project, a government-led initiative aimed at reducing youth unemployment and promoting economic self-reliance funded by the world Bank.
The training, held at De Wizzard Business Hall brought together young people from various backgrounds, many of whom are already engaged in small-scale informal businesses or looking to start their own ventures. The session focused on key areas such as business Canvas, financial management, market research, customer service, and sustainable business practices.
Facilitator for this programme, Ellena Kallon delivered interactive and practical sessions designed to equip participants with the skills and mindset needed to launch and grow successful businesses in their communities.
“This training is a game-changer for me,” said Mariatu Kamara, one of the beneficiaries from Cake Making Centre.
However, this entrepreneurship training will continue for two days and it will help to shape the minds of the youths in Bo city.
