The Transnational Organized Crime Unit (TOCU) has launched a nationwide manhunt for Patricia Mansaray, who fled her residence moments before police officers raided her home and discovered a significant cache of suspected narcotic drugs, arms, ammunition, and multiple travel documents linking her to frequent international movements.
The update was shared during TOCU’s weekly press briefing at their headquarters at Rogbangba Junction, Hastings, Freetown.
Raid at Sugar Land, Goderich Suspect Escapes Minutes Before Arrest On Monday, 14 November 2025, TOCU officers, acting on credible intelligence, stormed the Sugar Land, Peninsular Road residence of Patricia Mansaray. According to police, the suspect fled the house upon sensing the presence of law enforcement officers.
A thorough search of the premises uncovered, four black plastic bags containing loose quantities of shredded leaves suspected to be Kush One 9mm pistol (Serial Number 27017, made in Italy) Seven rounds of ammunition large quantities of shredded leaves described as Marshmallow, another substance currently under forensic analysis
A National ID card, National passport, and an international passport showing frequent travel to China, Nigeria, Liberia, and Guinea Police say this travel patterns raise strong suspicion that Mansaray may be connected to cross-border drug trafficking syndicates operating through known drug transit hubs in the sub-region.

All pharmaceutical substances are awaiting forensic certification, police communications Director, Brima Kamara, told journalists that the discoveries at Mansaray’s residence were “deeply shocking” and indicative of a larger network of criminal operations. He emphasised that the combination of suspected Kush, Marshmallow, and synthetic opioids poses a severe threat to young people across Sierra Leone.
Kamara said Mansaray’s international travel history “raises serious red flags,” suggesting that she may be linked to drug routes passing through Liberia and Guinea areas long identified as transit corridors for illegal substances entering Sierra Leone.
The Director of operations assured the public that TOCU will intensify raids on drug hideouts and continue targeting individuals involved in the illegal drug trade, he urged communities nationwide to support the police in the ongoing fight against harmful substances that are destroying the lives of young Sierra Leoneans.
TOCU has officially declared Patricia Mansaray wanted. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the nearest police station, the police say the fight against drugs continues, and they remain committed to dismantling criminal networks threatening the safety and wellbeing of the nation.
