Procurement of Assorted Stationery goods

Date of First Issue: On Wednesday 30^th April, 2025.

The National Council for Technical Vocational and Other Academic Awards – NCTVA has allocated funds from the Government of Sierra Leone for the procurement of Assorted Stationery goods and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Quality Stationery Items for the use of NCTVA to perform its routine functions. The items needed must be of high quality and must be readily available as and when required during the contract period.

Bidding is open to all qualified suppliers who can demonstrate readiness to supply the type and kind of Stationery items contained in the attached schedule of requirement for a period of twelve (12) months. The bidder must have the capacity to supply the required items within the stated period without any delay.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 11am and 3pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Leones (NLe 500) to the following Accounts number below and forward receipt to the Accounts Department, NCTVA for processing.

Section I. Instructions to Bidders

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday the 29^th May, 2025 at 11am. All bids must be accompanied by:

• A valid Business registration certificate
• Bid Security of Fifty Thousand Leones (NLe 50,000) from a reputable Commercial Bank;
• A valid tax clearance certificate;
• A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
  Signed & Stamped Bid Form
• NPPA suppliers’ registration certificate
• A valid city council certificate

Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday 29^th may 2025 at 11:05am, in the presence of the bidders’ or designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
