Position Overview
As the In-House Doctor, you will provide comprehensive medical care to our employees, ensuring their health and wellness needs are met. You will play a vital role in promoting a healthy workplace, managing health-related concerns, and providing preventive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine health assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and injuries.
- Provided health education and wellness resources to employees.
- Manage occupational health programs and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to address workplace health issues and develop health promotion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
- Respond to medical emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Medial degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Sierra Leone.
- Experience in occupational medicine, primary care, or related fields is preferred.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical experience.
