The Office of the National Investment Board (NIB) with support from UNDP on a project Title: Transforming Sierra Leone Evidence-Based Pathways to a Sustainable Future is inviting sealed bids from professionals or duly registered and licensed businesses for the supply of Heavy Duty 400kg Boltless Metal Shelves.

Bidding is open to all Contractors who have the financial capacity to deliver on time at the right place specified in the bidding document. The National Investment Board now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement and Supply of Heavy Duty 400kg Metal Shelves; 6000 x 400 x 250 mm (width x depth x height) with a safe lock and key, Compactus Mobile Archive Shelving: high-density storage capacity, durable and sustainable materials, customizable design and layout, with advanced safety features.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00am to 4:00pm from Mondays to Fridays before the bid closing date. The Bidding document can be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Leones (LE 500) at any of the designated ‘Account Numbers’ held at the following Banks as listed below:

Upon payment at any of the aforementioned banks, a copy of Receipt/ Payment Slip should be submitted to the Procurement Unit for the issuance of Bidding Documents thereafter.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A Valid Bid security of Le16,000.00 (Sixteen thousand Leones only) in the form a reputable Commercial Bank recognized by the Purchaser’s Country as listed below:
- Le16,000.00
- A valid Business Registration Certificates
- A Copy of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the National Revenue Authority (NRA);
- A Copy of valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
- A Copy of valid NPPA Certificate
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- A copy of a valid Municipal Certificate
Bids will be opened at 12:00pm on Tuesday 26th August, 2025 in the presence of bidders or their representatives’ who chose to attend, at the National Investment Board Conference Room, 3 Jomo Kenyatta Road Freetown.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before bid closing date on Tuesday 26th August, 2025 at 12:00 pm. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
