The Judiciary of Sierra Leone has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone and intends to apply part of the funds to cover the “Refurbishment/ Rehabilitation of Works- Framework Agreement and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Refurbishment/Rehabilitation of same.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate [Financial Capability, Experience and Similar Work Performance]

Pay-in slips must be submitted to the Procurement Unit for recording and collection of bidding documents.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 28th July, 2025 and 1pm. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of Fifty Thousand Leones, Le 50,000 from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid Municipality or Freetown City Council License
- A valid NPPA Supplier Registration Certificate
- Ministry of Work License or Certificate
Bids will be publicly opened on Monday 28th July, 2025 at 1pm, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
