The Contract period for the Procurement and Supply & Delivery of the aforementioned Goods will commence in the period of January 2026 through December 2026. Payments will be done on quarterly basis based on the approved allocation disbursed by the Ministry of Finance to the National Investment Board (Office of the Vice President).

Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding document. Bidders may have the option to bid for one or more lots.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00am to 4:00pm from Mondays to Fridays before the bid closing date. Upon payment at any of the aforementioned banks, a copy of Receipt/Payment Slip should be submitted to the Procurement Unit for the issuance of Bidding Documents thereafter.

All bids must be accompanied by:

  • A Valid Bid security for each lot in the form of a valid Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank recognized by the Purchaser’s Country as listed below:

Bids will be Opened at 11:00am on Thursday, 18th December, 2025 in the presence of bidders or their representatives’ who chose to attend, at the Mini Conference Room, National Investment Board Office of the Vice President Building 3 Jomo Kenyatta Road Freetown

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Bid Closing date on Thursday 18th December, 2025 at 11:00 am. Late bids will be received, recorded and returned unopened to bidders.
