The National Investment Board (Office of the Vice President) is inviting sealed bids from professionals or duly registered and licensed businesses for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for the supply of:
- PROVISION OF RETURNABLE AIR TICKETS SERVICES
The above titled Framework contracts is a routine service, which will commence in the period of January 2026 through December 2026, for the rest of its working hours, and as a result is looking forward to reputable service provider who can offer diligent services to his client. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding document.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00 am to 4:00PM from Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le500 (Five Hundred Leones only).

Upon payment at any of the aforementioned banks, a copy of Receipt/ Payment Slip should be submitted to the Procurement Unit for the issuance of Bidding Documents thereafter.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 10th December, 2025, at 11:00 am. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid NPPA Certificate
- A valid Municipal/Local Council business registration Certificate
- A valid IATA Certificate
- A Valid Tourism Certificate
Bids will be publicly opened on 18th December, 2025 at 11:00pm, in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be received, recorded and returned unopened to bidders.
