The Sierra Leone Housing Corporation (SALHOC) has commenced a structured leadership transition, as newly appointed General Manager, Mr. Joseph Munda Sandi engaged in formal discussions with outgoing General Manager Charles Musa, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Tommy, and the corporation’s management and staff.
The transition process officially began today with an introductory meeting aimed at ensuring a seamless transfer of responsibilities and reinforcing institutional stability.
Outgoing General Manager, Mr. Charles Musa reflected on his tenure, highlighting key achievements and expressing confidence in the corporation’s continued growth under new leadership.
Deputy General Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Tommy underscored the importance of continuity and collaboration, affirming the corporation’s commitment to maintaining operational efficiency throughout the transition.
Incoming General Manager, Mr. Joseph Munda Sandi, recognized for his dynamic leadership and dedication, described his appointment as an honor. He reiterated his commitment to advancing SALHOC’s mandate within the framework of Pillar Five of the government’s development agenda—Infrastructure. Mr. Sandi also emphasized his open-door policy, fostering inclusivity and stakeholder engagement to drive innovation and progress within the corporation.
The official handover ceremony and formal introduction of the newly appointed Board of Directors are scheduled for March 24, 2025.
