During the session, Sergeant Gibrilla Kargbo highlighted the increasing challenges posed by youths engaging in the abuse of substances such as kush and tramadol, which he described as a growing menace in society. He urged community members to remain vigilant, share timely security-related information with the police, and take an active role in safeguarding their neighborhoods.

Sergeant Kargbo also called on residents to identify disciplined youths who could be trained as community safety volunteers, working alongside the Sierra Leone Police to enhance local security efforts.

The session further addressed domestic violence offenses, including fines and jail terms for offenders. Particular attention was drawn to early marriages, child labor, and the abuse of young girls, with Sergeant Kargbo warning the community against involvement in such acts.
